Kitsilano Heritage.

The clients had a full house with 4 little kiddies running around so this was the basis of all decision making. A full gut and renovation took place with Studio Chesa advising with all changes from the beginning of the project. The home was a boarding house in the early 1900’s and so three separate floors had to be converted into one functional home. Nodding towards the soft natural curves and traditional aspects of the space, Janice and her team carefully added touches of chintz and art deco elements while respecting the natural flow of this heritage house.
