This top floor apartment consisted of two existing flats that with the help of Studio Chesa was converted into one grand penthouse with sweeping ocean views from every room. New custom cabinetry, lighting and flooring were introduced, as well as calming furniture & wallpaper. Concrete accent walls were added to create more depth and texture to the space.
